This sexy species is different than many others in the Pleurotus group in that the stem is entirely edible and is in fact, superlative. It is a more difficult mushroom to grow as it prefers sterilized, supplemented sawdust as a substrate and cool fruiting temps (instructions are not included with this spawn – in purchasing this spawn species, we assume purchaser is familiar with the particular, involved intricacies in growing it).
